Overview

We are a full-service, dynamic mid sized public accounting firm with eleven partners and approximately seventy staff members and growing. Our firm maintains an office in the city of Vaughan from where we service clients headquartered primarily in the Greater Toronto Area. 

Founded in 1959 by Stanley Goldfarb F.C.A., Goldfarb Shulman Patel & Co. L.L.P. has been meeting the needs of audit, accounting, tax and management advisory services for hundreds of clients for over 40 years.

Technical Expertise

Although most of our clients are  entrepreneurial businesses, we provide the same level of service to various Canadian public companies and Canadian subsidiaries of U.S. companies. We work with our clients to help structure their business endeavors and financial affairs in order to maximize their business value and minimize income taxes. We deal extensively with family businesses and are experienced in structuring these businesses in a tax efficient manner for business operations, succession planning and income splitting. Our clients operate in a wide variety of industries with significant emphasis on all components of the real estate industry, contractors, manufacturers, professional service organizations and various “high-tech” businesses. These organizations are entrepreneurial driven and range in size from one or two-person owner-managed local businesses to extensive international companies. In many cases, we have been assisting these clients to achieve their long-range goals from the inception of their business through their growth phases.

We provide a full range of professional services on an international basis enabling our clients to conduct  business anywhere in the world. We have assisted clients  to set up branch offices in Europe, Asia, Mexico, and South America.
